At Tbil Travels, we strive to provide the best visa assistance services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our service fees. Please note that our service fees are separate from government visa fees, which are non-refundable and paid directly to embassies or consulates.

2. Service Fees vs. Government Fees

It's important to understand the distinction between:

  • Tbil Travels Service Fees: Charges for our visa application assistance, document review, and processing support
  • Government Visa Fees: Mandatory fees paid to embassies/consulates for visa processing, which are non-refundable once submitted

3. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (100%)

You may be eligible for a full refund of our service fees if:

  • You cancel your application before we begin processing your documents
  • We are unable to provide the requested services due to technical issues on our end
  • Duplicate payment was made in error

Partial Refund (50%)

A 50% refund of our service fees may be issued if:

  • You cancel after document review has begun but before submission to the embassy
  • You provide incorrect information that requires significant reprocessing

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After your application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate
  • Visa application rejection by the embassy (as this decision is beyond our control)
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the applicant
  • Change of travel plans after application submission
  • Requests made after 30 days of payment

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your application and request a refund:

  • Contact us immediately at info@tbils.com with your application details
  • Include your full name, application ID, and reason for cancellation
  • Refund eligibility will be determined based on the current stage of your application
  • Cancellations are only valid when confirmed by our customer service team

5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Funds will be returned using the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Visa Rejection Cases

Please note that Tbil Travels does not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made solely by embassies and consulates. In cases of visa rejection:

  • Our service fees are non-refundable as we have already provided our assistance
  • Government visa fees are non-refundable as per embassy policies
  • We can assist with reapplication at a discounted service fee

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card company (chargeback) before requesting a refund directly from us:

  • Your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved
  • We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution
  • Attempting to obtain a refund through chargeback without valid reason may result in legal action

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel bans), we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with supporting documentation to discuss your situation.

9. Modifications to Refund Policy

Tbil Travels reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
