At Tbil Travels, we strive to provide the best travel booking services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our service fees. Please note that our service fees are separate from third-party provider fees (airlines, hotels, etc.), which are subject to their own refund policies.

2. Service Fees vs. Third-Party Fees

It's important to understand the distinction between:

  • Tbil Travels Service Fees: Charges for our travel booking assistance, itinerary planning, and booking support
  • Third-Party Provider Fees: Fees paid to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers, which are subject to their individual refund and cancellation policies

3. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (100%)

You may be eligible for a full refund of our service fees if:

  • You cancel your booking before we begin processing your reservation
  • We are unable to provide the requested services due to technical issues on our end
  • Duplicate payment was made in error

Partial Refund (50%)

A 50% refund of our service fees may be issued if:

  • You cancel after booking confirmation but before ticketing or final confirmation
  • You request significant changes to your itinerary after booking

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After your booking has been confirmed and ticketed by the service provider
  • No-shows for flights, hotels, or tours
  • Cancellations made outside of the provider's allowed cancellation window
  • Non-refundable bookings as specified during checkout
  • Requests made after 30 days of payment

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your booking and request a refund:

  • Contact us immediately at info@tbils.com with your booking details
  • Include your full name, booking ID, and reason for cancellation
  • Refund eligibility will be determined based on the current status of your booking
  • Cancellations are only valid when confirmed by our customer service team
  • Cancellation fees from airlines, hotels, or other providers will apply as per their policies

5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Funds will be returned using the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Refunds from third-party providers (airlines, hotels) may take additional time

6. Flight and Hotel Cancellations

Please note that Tbil Travels acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. Final cancellation and refund policies are determined by:

  • Airlines: Subject to fare rules and airline cancellation policies
  • Hotels: Subject to property cancellation policies and booking terms
  • Tour Operators: Subject to individual tour package terms and conditions
  • Our service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card company (chargeback) before requesting a refund directly from us:

  • Your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved
  • We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution
  • Attempting to obtain a refund through chargeback without valid reason may result in legal action

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions), we will assist you in working with service providers to request refunds or credits. Please contact us with supporting documentation to discuss your situation. Note that final decisions rest with the individual service providers.

9. Modifications to Refund Policy

Tbil Travels reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
